Description
The purpose of this job is to successfully deliver assigned IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints, ensuring alignment with business objectives to deliver measurable value, while building and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicating progress, and resolving issues as they arise.

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for new IT projects and initiatives.
- Document and communicate requirements effectively to vendor partner/technical teams.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users.
- Work closely with vendor partners/internal Infra teams to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues
- Assist Project Managers from inception to completion in planning, execution, and monitoring




- Coordinate project activities, track progress, and identify potential risks and issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and are 100% compliant and risk free
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders
- Work closely with Project Managers to implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Certifications related to Software, DB, projects, ITIL
Experience: 2 to 4 years
