Job Description:

A blister operator, also known as a blister packing machine operator, is responsible for operating packaging machinery to package products. Their job duties may include:
- Machine operation: Starting and stopping the machine, loading materials, and operating controls to regulate the machine's processes
- Machine maintenance: Performing routine checks, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure the machine is in good working condition
- Quality control: Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy, and ensuring the quality of the in-process blister
- Safety: Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work workplace
- Cleanliness: Keeping the work area clean and disposing of excess materials
- Training: Training junior staff on how to use the blister pack machine
- Communication: Coordinating with the maintenance department and external agencies to keep the machine updated and trouble-free
- Documentation: Completing production reports and records
