Job Description:

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Production Management:*
- Oversee the entire manufacturing process to ensure production targets are met.
- Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet industry specifications and company quality standards.

2. *Planning:*
- Develop and manage production plans, including resource allocation and workflow optimization.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure the availability of raw materials.
- Forecast production needs and manage inventory levels to avoid production delays.

3. *Management:*
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and production staff.
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the plant.

4. *Technical Expertise:*
- Utilize engineering skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production line.




- Collaborate with the R&D; team to implement recent technologies and improve existing processes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in gearbox manufacturing and integrate best practices.

5. *Continuous Improvement:*
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Analyze production data and implement strategies to optimize performance.

*Requirements:*
- *Experience:* 1 to 3 years in a similar role within the gearbox manufacturing industry.
- *Technical Skills:* Strong engineering skills with a solid understanding of gearbox manufacturing processes.
- *Education:* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- *Leadership Skills:* Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- *Problem-Solving:* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- *Communication:* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
