Key Responsibilities (Job Description)
1. Meeting sales target
2. Customer relation management and retention
3. New Customer Acquisition
4. Business development with all range of products, services & solution
5. Develop new market and grow existing market
6. Organize awareness campaigns/seminars and other promotional events with customers/potential customers
7. Conduct demos, presentations & support clients technically
8. Joint customer visit plans with senior
9. Leadership skills and team management
10. Report achievement & progress to management
Essential
1. Communication in English, Hindi and vernacular language.
2. Customer-oriented & Solution provider
3. Very positive customer relationship
4. Industrial Market knowledge
Desirable
1. Diploma in Safety Course
2. Knowledge of PPE
3. Knowledge of Safety Market
4. Experience working in a factory
5. Relationship with distributors/channel partners etc. Business orientated
