Description
To work with GCC UK, Specialists team based in India - to create reports and extract contents for next generation clients. The person will work with colleagues to create high quality graphic designs and documents which must be delivered on time.

Responsibilities
- Use design knowledge, creativity and initiative to produce reports and extracting contents, ensuring our content is all branded and meets the needs of corporate requirements.
- Take outline graphic concepts and develop them to meet agreed deadlines.
- Work with and support the UK team to produce graphics, animations (GIFs), interactive PDFs, PowerPoint presentations and other relevant material
- Contribute and feedback ideas into the team through brainstorms, briefings and discussion at team meetings (this may include presenting to the rest of the team)
- Ensure the brand guidelines are adhered to and become the point of call in the UK business for other designers
- Produce assets and systematically label, file and store materials (photos, PowerPoint presentations, banners, etc)



to allow the compilation of a library to support the company’s work winning requirements
- Develop knowledge and insight of WSP UK and the wider WSP organisation to allow deeper understanding of briefs and thereby improve material produced

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
- Energy, enthusiasm, creative and innovative thinking
- Good practical knowledge of Adobe Creative suite
- Knowledge of animation software (Adobe Animate / After Effects)
- Proactive in helping to define and develop bid graphics
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining a deadline focus
- Interpersonal skills, especially to help people through the creative process
- Flexible attitude and willingness to participate within a team
- Someone who is comfortable working in a rapid-paced, busy team
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Understanding of the bids and tenders
- Previous line management experience
- Minimum of 3-
