• Coordinate with internal departments for flawless execution of projects related to Bank/ Partners.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress Intelligence input on Sales Metrics
• Tracking activation and productivity of Specified persons
• Ensuring brand visibility on all possible avenues of the bank
• Product approvals from Channel Partner for launching in the channel
• Strategical & tactical initiatives for driving the business
• Ensuring regulatory compliance in the partnership
• Coordinating for various MIS’s and data requirement
• Handling queries related to commission & taxation in the bank
• Working on the Attachment
• RCU/CMT and Compliance actionable mail on FLS to be reverted within TAT
• All Compliance training monitoring
• Giving Corrective action on chronic Circles and travel to such terrains
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly updates on all key vectors
• To create decks for review meets with Senior Management and Region
• Work closely with all key stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Primary to this role will be the responsibility for creating and managing project plans, schedules, managing those plans though effective communications with stakeholders and team members and reporting on the status of projects under his purview in both a structured and adhoc basis.
