Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced AEM Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale digital experience platforms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites & DAM).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AEM Sites and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions.
- Build custom AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and content models.
- Develop using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, OSGi services, and Java.
- Configure and manage MSM, content lifecycle, publishing, and localization.
- Optimize AEM performance, Dispatcher caching, scalability, and security.
- Integrate AEM with REST APIs, microservices, CRM, PIM, e-commerce, and Adobe Marketing Cloud tools.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, environment management, and production support.




- Troubleshoot application issues and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills
- AEM 6.5 / AEM as a Cloud Service
- AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), MSM, Workflows
- HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, OSGi, Servlets
- Java 8+, Apache Sling, JCR
- REST APIs, JSON integrations, Microservices
- Dispatcher configuration and caching
- Maven, Git, Jenkins / Azure DevOps
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Client Libraries
- Basic knowledge of React or Angular (preferred)

Experience
- 5+ years of AEM development experience
- Robust expertise in enterprise CMS implementations and integrations
- Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices preferred.
