Total Experience: 6 years to 9 years

Relevant Experience 5+years

Salesforce Service Cloud Mandatory

Salesforce Sales Cloud Desirable

CPQ Good to have and not mandatory

Salesforce Sub Module

Workflow Mandatory

Live Chat Mandatory

Testing

Understanding user stories

Test planning

Writing test cases

Executing test cases

Reporting Defect

Documentation related to test planning, test execution, test reporting

Experience on defect tracking tool Primary JIRA or any other relevant tool

Good communication to interact with developer and team lead outside India

Flexibility to work in the evening for few overlapping hours based on need

Valuable knowledge on smoke testing, functionality testing, API / integration testing

Basic understanding on test automation
