Job Description: SRKSYSTEMS is stictkly looking for a 100% Business Development Manager, who is responsible for driving the channels and alliances relationships in hyderabad ,India. This person will also be responsible for the development and management of the partner accounts. Deliver key strategic relationships with the intention of building partner originated pipeline and securing incremental revenues. Be responsible for ensuring all program requirements and partner community.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
· Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
· Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Responsibilities:




o Full life cycle recruiting including Sourcing, phone screening, qualifying, interviewing, preparing candidates, salary negotiations, closing, and reference checks. Short listing resumes against different requirements, checking them against different specifications such as skill set, salary range, location, work authorization etc.
o Should Utilize database and job boards like (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Corp-Corp, Bench Folks, and Computer Jobs, etc...) to source potential candidates. Need to Use an internal database, Internet sites and referrals to source consultants for contract, contract-to-perm, and permanent positions.
o Must be Expert level utilization of Social Networking and Social Media such as Linked In, Face book, Google groups, Yahoo groups, Google Talk, Yahoo Messenger. • Prioritized and assign client requirements to my team in a high volume, time-sensitive workplace to meet deadlines.
