Job Summary: The PPC – Quick Commerce at The Marketplace Guru is responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across quick commerce platforms (such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart). This role focuses on driving visibility, improving conversions, and maximizing ROI through data-driven campaign execution, account audits, and continuous optimization.
The ideal candidate will have a robust analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple brand accounts while ensuring performance against key business metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
PPC Campaign Management & Optimization:

Manage and optimize PPC campaigns for 10–15 brands across quick commerce platforms while monitoring KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and visibility metrics.

Plan and execute campaign structures, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and SKU/category-level segmentation to improve campaign efficiency and reduce wasted ad spend.

Continuously track performance trends and implement data-driven optimizations to scale brand visibility, conversions, and overall account growth.
Performance Analysis & Growth Strategy:

Conduct deep performance analysis across brand, category, SKU, and campaign levels to identify growth opportunities and optimization areas.
