Position Overview





We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated “Director of Engineering” with a background in fintech or e-commerce or Travel to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and scaling large-scale financial/e-Commerce systems, possess solid technical skills, and be passionate about driving a robust engineering culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success.

• Drive the development and implementation of scalable, high-performance financial systems that meet the company's requirements and industry standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and operations to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

• Establish and promote engineering best practices, processes, and standards to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability across all engineering initiatives.

• Foster a strong engineering cult
