Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified CA Fresher to join our Finance team. The role will provide exposure to financial reporting, taxation, regulatory compliance, audits, and business finance functions within a quick-paced financial services environment. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in developing strong technical and analytical capabilities in corporate finance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1- Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities




- Maintain accurate accounting records and assist with ledger reconciliations
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for internal review

2- Taxation & Compliance
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and income tax computations
- Support compliance under Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST regulations
- Coordinate with external consultants on tax filings and regulatory requirements

3- Audit Support
- Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Prepare schedules, documentation, and working papers required by auditors
- Help track and resolve audit observations and queries

4- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Support preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Assist in variance analysis and cost tracking
- Help prepare management reports and financial insights

5- Stakeholder Coordination
- Work with internal teams including HR, operations, and legal for finance-related matters
