Job Details
We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead and manage testing activities across SAP modules (e.g., OTC, PTP, RTR etc). The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in SAP testing strategy, planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring high-quality delivery in SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
Key Responsibilities
Test strategy and planning: Define and implement the overall test strategy for SAP projects, covering phases like System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression testing.
End-to-end SAP testing lifecycle management
Expertise in SAP modules like OTC, RTR, PTP etc
Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects
Team leadership:
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of test leads, analysts, and automation engineers (onshore and offshore). Build team which include junior and senior resources.
Test execution and coordination: Oversee the execution of test cases, manage test cycles, and coordinate efforts across various SAP modules
Test strategy, planning, and execution
System performance testing
Defect management: Manage the defect lifecycle, including triage, and ensure all issues are tracked and resolved through defect tracking tools like JIRA etc
Reporting and communication: Provide regular reports on test status, progress, and quality metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
Quality assurance and governance: Establish and enforce testing standards and best practices across the organization
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
15+ years of relevant experience in SAP Testing/ Planning and Execution
Certification in a
