You will be joining FIS as a Network Analyst Specialist focusing on enterprise WAN connectivity services in both US and UK day shifts. Your role will involve configuring and troubleshooting routing on core and client-edge devices like Juniper MX and Cisco ASR 4K platforms. You will lead significant infrastructure projects including data center deployments, network upgrades, and migrations to modern architectures such as SD-WAN. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining technical documentation, creating network diagrams, implementing advanced routing and firewall rules, as well as providing 24x7 network service support.**Key Responsibilities:**- Configure and troubleshoot routing on core and client-edge devices like Juniper MX and Cisco ASR 1K, ISR 4K.- Drive large projects including setting up new data centers and upgrading existing infrastructure.- Migrate clients from legacy setups to SD-WAN or new architectures.- Maintain technical documentation and create Visio diagrams for core and client connectivity.- Implement routing and firewall rules for new client applications or branch additions.- Support new client turn-up and handle individual projects within SLA.- Provide 24/7 network service delivery efficiently and effectively.**Qualifications Required:**- 9 to 12 years of experience in Enterprise WAN.- Professional certificate: CCNP (R&S;) or CCNP (SP) is mandatory, Juniper Routing or security certification is a plus.- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with network protocols (TCP/IP) and routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).- Expertise in VPN tunneling protocols like IPSEC (IKEv1 and IKEv2), GRE, DMVPN, and Flex VPN.- Knowledge of WAN technologies including MPLS and experience with Nexus platforms and Load Balancers (F5,



Citrix).- Familiarity with network operating systems such as Cisco IOS, JUNOS, NX-OS, IOS-XE.- Proficiency in configuring Netflow, SNMP, and Tacacs concepts.- Sharp troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.- Experience in network automation using tools like Ansible, AWX, and Python.- Ability to troubleshoot network traffic flow, perform packet analysis/capture, and monitoring.- Willingness to work night shifts or weekends based on business requirements.- Good communication skills to collaborate with clients across different regions (US/EMEA/APAC).At FIS, you can expect a competitive salary, a comprehensive range of benefits to support your well-being, opportunities to engage in charity work, and a work environment built on collaboration, flexibility, and respect.
