Job Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and forward thinking Research Manager, who will be responsible for all operational elements of the research process, through planning, design, execution and delivery.




The Research Manager is responsible to ensure that the research is meaningful, actionable and delivering on the business needs. The selected person should be curious and committed to process improvement, has the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, display a ‘can do’ attitude and is uncompromising with regard to quality.
- Responsible for driving research, development and improvement of projects.
- Responsible for identifying the appropriate research methodology and supporting techniques to meet the defined business objective.
- Work with a team of research consultants to collect, analyze and create directories and databases of employers and recruitment agencies.
- Manage day-to-day activities of the team, such as research assignments, staffing, performance management, development, etc.
- Review and interpret the collected data, create insightful reports, and make actionable recommendations.
