We are looking for experienced Global Trade Compliance Specialist.
Work location: Gurgaon, India
Experience: 2-7 years
Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide instructions to client’s customs brokers upon request to ensure timely customs clearance
Review, validate, and approve shipping requests for import and export compliance needs according to detailed documented procedures
Manage client’s customs consultants and customs brokers to ensure compliant, productive, and cost-effective entry of goods.



Establish and monitor service providers’ performance against clearly defined Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s)
Provide regulatory interpretation and guidance in the following areas: Anti-boycott/Restrictive Trade Practices, export Control Classification, Export Licensing, Compliance training, Export Documentation, Tariff Classification, Customs Valuation, Duty Drawback, Reconciliation, Country of Origin Marking, Country of Origin Determination, Recordkeeping, Preference Programs/FTAs and Customs Clearance
Resolve shipment holds by obtaining information requested by customs brokers and providing clearance instructions
Ensure proper product tariff classification and valuation information
Develop and maintain customized compliance programs and processes specific to client need
Gather data and create regular reports as needed for client
Conduct audits to assess the export/import compliance of clie
