We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to play a key role in designing, building, and scaling AI platforms and Developer Experience (DevEx) capabilities. This is a senior individual contributor role with increased ownership, technical leadership, and influence across teams.

You will lead the development of complex solutions, partner with architects and engineering leaders,



and mentor junior engineers while contributing hands-on to critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Design & Development
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain scalable, high-performance software systems
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for complex features and systems, including architecture and design decisions
- Write high-quality, production-ready, and testable code across services and platforms
- Ensure solutions meet standards for scalability, reliability, performance, and security

Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Software Engineers and Software Engineers 2
- Lead code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with Technology Architects to influence architecture decisions and technical direction
- Act as a technical lead on projects or initiatives within the team
