What will you work on ?
We are a B2B company and several large corporations across India invest in our services as a benefit for their employees. Inside sales teams will be responsible to drive client acquisition through outreach. You will be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Researching and qualifying recent leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
Highly preferred: Candidates having prior experience of Sales to HR Function. Eg. Job portals, HRMS, Staffing, Ed-tech solutions for employees, ATS providers,
etc. ) Indeed, Naukri, Monster, Dice, Keka HR, Xoxoday, Darwinbox, HRMS systems, ATS providers, Staffing companies, Ed-tech solutions for employees, etc.
Positions:
- Inside Sales (B2B- Enterprise) and
- Inside Sales (B2B- SMB) - Small & Medium Businesses
Additional Information
Your experience in the following will count:
- Previous experience in inside sales position.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
•Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
•Strong listening and sales skills.
•Ability to achieve targets for outbound leads
