The Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end to end delivery of custom software development engagements across a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients. This role sits at the intersection of client management, delivery execution, and cross-functional coordination - ideal for someone who has thrived in a professional services or consulting environment and is comfortable navigating complex, multi stakeholder engagements across industries.

What You'll Do:
- Own end to end project delivery across the full lifecycle - from scoping and initiation through execution, UAT, and go-live
- Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, managing stakeholder relationships, expectations, and escalations
- Define and maintain project scope, timelines, resource plans, and budgets across concurrent engagements
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews




- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, business analysis, and client-side teams
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Produce clear project documentation, status reports, and executive-level communications
- Drive issue resolution and maintain delivery momentum across globally distributed teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates, and best practice

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of project management experience in a software delivery, consulting, or qualified services environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage client-facing engagements across multiple industry verticals - financial services, insurance, healthcare, or similar enterprise sectors
- Proven track record of delivering complex, custom software development projects end to end
- Strong command of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologi
