Position Overview:
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive onboarding of recent clients, ensuring high quality payroll processing services in a dynamic environment.
This role requires a meticulous approach to organizational policies, exceptional customer service,



and proficient management of client documentation and system configuration.

Job Responsibilities:
o Execute the client onboarding process, including information gathering, system setup, and policy implementation
o Configure payroll, leave, expense claims, and attendance modules according to client specifications
o Manage workflow through initial payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all transactions
o Collaborate effectively within a team while demonstrating the ability to work independently
o Ensure thorough documentation and accurate processing of all payroll-related information
o Provide client education on software utilization and best practices
o Adapt to high-volume periods, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes
o Apply comprehensive knowledge of benefits, compensation principles, income tax, and retirement plans
o Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client needs
