We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our payroll and
compliance team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in payroll
and compliance processes, with a strong educational background in B Com or MBA.
Responsibilities:
1) Efficiently manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring
accuracy and timeliness.
2) Compile and maintain payroll data, including deductions, bonuses,
reimbursements, and overtime.
3) Prepare and distribute payroll reports, pay slips, and statements on a regular
basis.
4) Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and
seamless payroll processing.
5) Stay up to date with local, state, and federal regulations regarding payroll taxes,
benefits, and other compliance requirements.
6) Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Respond to inquiries from employees and management regarding payroll-related
matters promptly and professionally.
8) Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data and payroll information.
9) Support the implementation and maintenance of payroll software and other
systems to streamline processes.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree in Commerce (B Com) or Masters in Business Administration
(MBA) with a focus on finance, accounting, or HR.
2) 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and compliance, preferably
in a fast-paced environment.
3) Robust knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment legislation.
4) Proficient in using payroll software and systems.
5) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations and record-
keeping.
