Role Purpose

The HR Systems & Operations Specialist is responsible for enabling efficient, scalable, and data-driven HR service delivery across LTG through ownership of HR systems, workforce reporting, analytics, data governance, and operational process support.

The role acts as a key enabler for HR Operations, HR Advisory, Payroll, and Business Partnering activities, ensuring the integrity, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of HR systems,



workforce data, reporting, analytics, and operational processes.

Combining solid technical expertise with operational execution, the role supports HR programmes, reporting automation, compliance requirements, and annual people-cycle activity while optimising HR processes and protecting strategic HR capacity from administrative burden. The position plays a key role in enabling a more efficient, insight led, and scalable HR function.

Key Accountabilities

HR Systems Administration & Technology
- Serve as primary administrator for LTG HR systems, including ADP, LMS platforms and related HR technology solutions

Provide day-to-day system administration and support, including:
- HR systems administration and coordination (including ADP and future HR technology platforms)
- LMS administration, user management and learning compliance support
- Workflow configuration, maintenance and optimisati
