Required Skills:
1. Experience into Automation testing with some team handling experience
2. Strong Hands- on experience in Java ,J2EE
3. Fundamental knowledge in Testing : Documentation - Test Case, Execution Logs and Test Reports, Requirement Analysis , Test Strategies & Testing Fundamentals.
4. Defect Management, Cross Browser Testing, Usability Testing, Localization Testing etc.
5. Must have used automation tools like Selenium, Web Services
6. Oracle cloud fusion apps functional knowledge
7. Able to understand quickly the code of a complex application
8. Experience in Building Framework from Scratch - Version Control & Understanding of framework and design patterns
9. End-End flow of the ERP system.
10. Working with overseas client and valuable understanding of onshore offshore work culture
11. Ability to translate business needs into testing framework
12. Must have worked on automation framework (eg data driven, keyword driven, Hybrid)
13. Sound knowledge of databases
14. Ability to mentor, coach, guide and train people using automation tools -Selenium and Java#
