DOCUMENTATION LEAD for an agri-tech company backed by Mahindra & Qualcomm
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Onboard RTO agents and maintain network across the state to enable outward documentation of tractors across all used tractor dealers
- Liaise with dealers and the RTO agents in the network within the system
- Onboard agencies / independent agents to facilitate inward documentation (bringing the original owner to the RTO, collecting RC, etc.)
- Ensure pricing transparency and real-time progress across both inward and outward documentation through the digital platform
- Track real-time progress for documentation cases and intervene as and when needed

Requirements:
- Adoption rate for documentation
- Reduction in average TAT for documentation
- Revenue from documentation
- Network of RTO agents empanelled 5. The success rate for documentation transfer
- 10+ years of experience
- B.Tech in Mechanical / Automotive engineering from a Tier-1 institute
- Proven experience in managing vendors/contract agents across the state; Experience in handling documentation for repossessed vehicles is a plus
