He should be graduated in civil engineering with minimum experience of 3 to 5 years.
The candidate should be a graduate in Civil Engineering with relevant experience in the field of estimating, preparation and processing of the invoices, analysing rates, checking survey details etc. of the projects. He should have about 3-6 years of relevant qualified experience involving resource. planning and scheduling, quantity survey, cost control, contract management etc.Diploma holders with longer relevant experience of about 12 years could also be considered. He must have worked as Quantity Surveyors for at least 4 years in any National/State Highway Projects. He should not be more than 60 years of age.
