Maintaining daily reconciliation of receipt and sales and ensuring tally entries are passed.
Timely Creation of sales invoices (E-invoices).
Monthly reconciliation of Bank Statement with books.
Closure of books entries within stipulated time.
TDS
To Facilitate monthly TDS payment and reconciliation of TDS before making any payment.
Filling of TDS Return on a quarterly basis and reconciliation of 26 AS on a quarterly basis.
GST
Checking of details for filling GSTR monthly returns
Follow up with GST Consultant to file the returns within the due date.
Verification of mismatches in the invoices uploaded by the vendors and our booking and following up for
the resolution.
GST Reconciliation with 2A/2B and Books.
Financials
Providing data to auditors (internal as well as external) and ensure of closure of audits.
