Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Drools Expert to design, develop, and optimize business rules within our system. The candidate needs to have experience with Drools and Java.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Rules:
- Create and maintain business rules using Drools.
- Integrate Drools with existing systems.
- Optimize Performance:
- Enhance the efficiency and scalability of Drools rules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience with Drools and Java integration. Relevant experience on 2-3 years
- Knowledge of JBoss, RESTful services, and API integration.
- Skills:
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:
- Experience with other BRMS or rule engines.
- Knowledge of BPM and workflow automation.
- Drools certification.
