I. Job Summary
This experienced position is responsible for the configuration and support of software application systems within the People Organization. As part of the HR Technology team, this role provides moderately complex analytical and consultative support delivering HR processes.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
- Monitors HR systems, open cases and reviews current processes to troubleshoot application related issues and answers system related questions. May coordinate with other team members or vendor for resolution.
- Develops and maintains a solid working knowledge of assigned application(s) in order to, effectively utilize its capabilities. Seeks development from more experienced team members and from vendor provided user groups, customer sites and training.
- Provides input and consultation on requested configuration changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration and downstream impacts. Documents final specs and configures application
