The L1 Support Specialist plays a crucial role in providing first-line technical assistance and support to end-users encountering operational issues. The incumbent will ensure seamless operations within the organization while expanding support scope to encompass data analytics and database management technologies such as Hadoop, Qlik, and Vertica. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users facing operational issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems promptly and efficiently.
