We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, development, and management of our B2B product portfolio. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our business by delivering creative solutions that meet the needs of our B2B customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders, to define and execute the product roadmap.

Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our B2B product portfolio, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and customer insights. Define the product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product requirements, user stories,



and specifications. Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer success, and executive leadership, to gather feedback, align on goals, and drive product adoption. Act as the main point of contact for all product-related inquiries and provide regular updates on product initiatives.
- Customer Focus: Conduct in-depth market research and customer interviews to understand customer needs, pain points, and user behavior. Leverage customer insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development, ensuring our B2B product remains competitive and addresses customer challenges.
