Position Name – Client Servicing & Relationship Manager / Senior Manager

Location – Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune

Experience Range - 5 - 8 years

Mandatory Requirement:
- Exposure in General Insurance / Insurance Broking.
- Strong experience in handling corporate client accounts.
- Proven track record of client retention and service excellence.

· About the client:

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of corporate clients across EB line of business.
- Handle end-to-end policy lifecycle management —placement, endorsements, renewals, and documentation.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, negotiations, policy issuance, and claims settlement.
- Ensure timely renewals and retention of existing accounts.




- Conduct client meetings to understand risk exposures and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives in coordination with the sales team.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor claims experience and assist clients in smooth claims resolution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.
- Prepare MIS reports, renewal trackers, and client servicing dashboard.

Qualification and Experience:
- 5+ years in General Insurance / Insurance Broking.
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- Skilled qualifications in insurance (III / AIII / ACII) will be an advantage
