Responsibilities:
- To create high quality animation using Motion Capture data and Hand key
- Re-target motion capture data to game characters
- Must be enthusiastic about improving creative and technical skills, learn recent tools and applications.

Required skills:
- Experience in character rigging (MUST)
- Experience in character modeling will be helpful
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Outstanding demo reel demonstrating strong animation ability and good aesthetic eye.
- Thorough understanding of classic animation principles (staging, timing, anticipation, follow through, etc.).
- Experience working on facial animation
- Experience with motion capture is an advantage.



Must love games and be enthusiastic about working on AAA game titles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving skills

Software skills: Maya, Max, Photoshop
