### Key Responsibilities
* Promote and explain services to patients and hospital staff.
* Handle **instant and discharge-related requirements**.
* Assist patients with service-related queries and documentation.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery.
* Build solid relationships with hospital administration and support staff.
* Follow up on pending cases and ensure smooth closure.
### Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in **Sales / Customer Service / Healthcare / Hospital / Pharma** preferred.
* Freshers can apply.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* English + local language communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
