Special Needs Caregiver / Child Caretaker – Full time

Location: Hyderabad

Position: Full-Time Female Caregiver / Child Caretaker

Working Hours: 12-hour or 24-hour arrangement

We are looking for an educated, caring, patient and responsible caregiver/teacher to take complete care of a 4 year old young girl with speech delay.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete responsibility for the child's daily care, safety, hygiene, meals and routine.

- Support potty training, personal care and basic life skills.

- Take the child to and from school, therapy and other activities as required.

- Communicate and interact with the child throughout the day, encouraging speech and functional communication.

- Keep the child actively engaged through educational, sensory, creative, physical and play-based activities.

- Encourage social skills, independence and age-appropriate learning.





- Coordinate with parents, teachers and therapists and follow recommended strategies.

Candidate Profile

- Educated, preferably with a teaching, Montessori, NTT, ECCE or similar background.

- Prior experience caring for young children is essential.

- Experience with children with speech delay/developmental delays is highly preferred.

- Patient, warm, attentive, trustworthy and genuinely enjoys working with children.

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Willing to actively engage with the child rather than simply supervise.
