The VP of Sales, APAC is responsible for crafting and delivering sales strategies in the region, aligning with global priorities to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Develop and implement the APAC sales strategy, ensuring alignment with international objectives with a focus on emerging and high-growth segments
- Drive sales growth by achieving sales quotas with key accounts through both direct and distribution channels, including executive sponsorship for major OEMs and end-users
- Define and optimize the Go-To-Market strategy, including the mix of representative agencies, DSO, channel strategy, and key account strategy
- Ensure cross-functional teamwork with global product category teams, marketing, customer care, pricing, global account, and operations teams to achieve strategic goals




- Partner with leaders in sales, product, marketing, operations, and customer success to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and coordination of activities
- Drive excellence in key sales processes and establish regular business review cadences to ensure forecast accuracy and predictability of business results, with solid revenue and pipeline management skills
- Provide regular business updates, including bowling charts, forecasts, and scorecards, to senior management
- Lead, mentor and empower the Sales team to the journey of becoming one nVent in APAC

YOU HAVE:
- Ideally a background in electrical engineering or industrial automation
- Previous experience in industrial sales, mainly in the low-voltage sector, locally & international, a proven track record of managing sales greater than $100M.
- Experience with SF.Com or MS dynamics is a must.
