We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Lead to own and lead enterprise
scaleintegration platform operations across SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO,
Advanced Event Mesh (Solace), API Management, and related middleware
technologies.

This role is accountable for platform reliability, operational excellence,
scalability, security, and cost efficiency, while leading and mentoring a team
of engineers supportingbusiness critical, Tier1 integrations.

In addition to deep integration and platform knowledge, the role requires
strong AI and automation awareness to modernize operations through AIOps,
intelligent monitoring, predictive analytics, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Operations & Reliability

* Own 24x7 operational support for SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, Solace
Advanced Event Mesh, and API Management platforms.
* Ensure high availability, performance, resilience, and security of
integration platforms supporting enterprise critical workloads.
* Define and enforce operational SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs aligned to business
expectations.
* Lead incident,



problem, and change management with a robust focus on root
cause analysis and preventive actions.
* Drive proactive monitoring using SAP monitoring tools, Splunk, ElasticSearch
, and cloud native observability platforms.

Platform Administration & Governance

* Oversee platform administration including environment configuration, user
access, role management, certificates, keys, and connectivity.
* Govern capacity planning, platform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle
management.
* Establish and maintain runbooks, SOPs, operational playbooks, and
escalation models.
* Ensure compliance with enterprise security, cloud governance, and audit
requirements.

Integration & Technology Leadership

* Provide technical oversight for SAP CPI, API Management, Event driven
integrations, REST/SOAP services, and legacy PI/PO interfaces.
