Job Summary:-
The Quality Auditor Executive in Property Management plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across all managed properties. This position involves leading and overseeing the auditing process, developing quality improvement strategies, and working closely with property management teams to implement and monitor corrective actions. The Quality Auditor Executive will ensure that properties meet regulatory requirements and company standards, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:-
1. Leadership and Oversight:
Ø Lead and manage the quality audit process for all properties under management.
Ø Develop audit plans, schedules, and methodologies to ensure comprehensive evaluations.
Ø Supervise and mentor junior quality auditors and audit teams.
2. Audit and Inspection:-
Ø Conduct in-depth audits and inspections of properties to ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
Ø Review and analyze audit findings, identifying significant issues and trends.




Ø Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.

3. Quality Improvement:
Ø Develop and implement quality improvement strategies and initiatives.
Ø Work with property management teams to create and execute action plans for addressing audit findings.
Ø Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts.

4. Regulatory Compliance:
Ø Ensure properties comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Ø Keep abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Ø Provide guidance on compliance issues and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.

5. Training and Development:
Ø Design and deliver training programs for property management staff on quality standards, auditing practices, and compliance requirements.
Ø Create and update training materials and standard operating procedures.
