Introduction

To make a Product Nation, the easy first step is a product. And we built one. Scanova is a QR Code Management tool that allows businesses to create, design, manage, and track QR Code-based interactions. Over 400 customers including Amazon, Cisco, Intel, 7Eleven, Aon Hewitt, Staples, and Zynga, from about 114 countries use Scanova daily to connect their customers from offline print media to online content.

Scanova combines image processing and web technology to allow marketers to design their QR Codes in a matter of seconds. On the front end,



Scanova is based on AngularJs and HTML5Python based Django Web Framework with Apache and mod_wsgi on Amazon EC2 instances. We use MYSQL databases running on Amazon RDS servers.

Scanova was our first baby step. But we are not stopping here. We are in the process of building a suite of products that revolve around QR Code technology—QR Code Generation & Design APIs and SDK, QR Code Batch Generation, QR Code Ticketing, and QR Code-based Authentication. We are also in the planning stage of pushing these products in non-English speaking countries by making our website and apps multi-lingual. For Scanova and its team, there is a long road ahead.

To service the long road ahead, Scanova is looking to strengthen its development & product team i.e. hardcore problem-solvers.
