Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-up till the candidate joins.
- Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies, and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
- Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
- Maintains organization staff by developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, shortlisting, verifying, interviewing, and recruiting candidates.
- Monitoring and disciplining employees, conducting exit interviews, and recommending changes.
- Maintaining employee records, and preparing staff handbooks.
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate, and complies with company requirement
- Schedule meetings. Coordinate office activities.
- Ability to research, and understand the business process Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates and employees.
- Strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills along with good English communication ability.
- Should have Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
