Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Stainless Steel Finisher (Buffer) to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in finishing and buffing stainless steel items, particularly in kitchen equipment and furniture applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform buffing, grinding, and polishing of stainless steel products to achieve a smooth and mirror-like finish
- Handle finishing tools and machinery (such as buffing wheels, grinders, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Inspect workpieces for defects and ensure the final product meets quality standards
- Follow finishing processes as per the company’s standards and specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in stainless steel buffing/finishing
- Expertise in handling stainless steel kitchen equipment or furniture
- Good eye for detail and precision
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment





Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with automatic or semi-automatic finishing equipment
- Familiarity with different grades of stainless steel and surface finishing techniques
