Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager – Mechanical to join our Energy team in India. You will lead complex midstream oil and gas engineering projects, guide talented teams, and deliver innovative mechanical solutions for clients across the industry. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage midstream oil and gas facility engineering and design projects, including metering facilities, gas compression stations,



liquid pump stations, and gas processing systems.
- Supervise and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, specialists, and designers to deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget.
- Develop and refine engineering workflows, standardize project design criteria, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Collaborate with clients to define work scope requirements and convert opportunities into contracted assignments.
- Monitor and control project costs, report variances, and manage change orders when scope deviations occur.
- Ensure robust procedures are in place for pipe sizing, valve sizing, hydraulic design, compressor and pump designs, and equipment specifications.
- Facilitate project and engineering team meetings, driving alignment and explicit communication across disciplines.
