The prospect
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Solution Architect to help shape, design, and deliver end‑to‑end digital solutions that support a stronger, greener power grid and contribute to a more sustainable future. You will be responsible for defining robust, secure, and scalable architectures, translating business and operational needs into technical solutions that deliver measurable value.
The role focuses on cutting‑edge software applications operating at the intersection of IT and OT, enabling seamless integration between enterprise systems, operational technologies, and field assets.

How you’ll make an impact
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to determine functional and non‑functional requirements for new applications and platform capabilities.



Define and own end‑to‑end solution and application architectures across the full software development lifecycle.
- Use appropriate tools and methodologies to create architecture approaches, reference architectures, and implementation proposals, mapping business and operational needs to technical solutions. Guide development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring architectural intent, design principles, and standards are consistently applied.
- Successfully communicate architectural concepts, design decisions, and trade‑offs to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ensure software solutions meet quality, security, performance, scalability, availability, and modularity requirements. Promote platform‑oriented and reuse‑driven architectures, reducing duplication and enabling faster time‑to‑market.
