- Manage and oversee the entire powder coating process, including pre-treatment, application, and curing, ensuring high-quality finishes on all products.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop coating processes that meet specific product requirements.
- Select appropriate powder coating materials and finishes to match design and durability specifications.
- Optimize the powder coating process for efficiency, reducing waste, and minimizing defects.
- Production Planning and Scheduling of the Powder coating Process.
- Can handle packing area of powder coated material and generate reports accordingly.
- Control on Material Powder Consumption and to achieve Productivity Standards.
- Plan wise batches generation and ensuring Plan achievement.
- Preparing SOP's & Work Instructions for Production Operations.
- Preparing various Reports based on Data Analysis for facilitating decision making.
- Handling Spray PT line and all test of Powder as SST, Whether Condition, MEK test, Pencil Hardness Test, Scratch Test, Cross Cut Test, Bend Test, Impact Test etc.




- Controlling complete Paint Shop Plant including PT spray Line, Auto Gun GEMA.
- Implementation and Execution of 5S and 3M in Paint Shop Floor.
- Scheduling Preventive maintenance as per PM check sheet and implement more points as per past Breakdowns in Plant.
- Ensuring Process Parameters is to meet during operation and modify them to improve and Refine the process to reduce losses.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in powder coating within a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal or sheet metal products.
- Robust knowledge of powder coating materials, equipment, and processes.
- Experience with automated powder coating systems and advanced coating technologies.
- Proven ability to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills
