Service Incharge

The Role
The Service Incharge will be responsible for Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting or maintenance of machines and related activities for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage workforce of 20 to 30 skilled service engineers
- Ensuring work allocation to engineers based on work location, complexity and expertise.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, Purchase and Sales Team
- Resolving customer complaints and issues related to machine functioning.
- Conduct FAT with customers and make final FAT reports.
- Responsible for machine to be ready for dispatch based on FAT reports.




- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project mile-stones until dispatch.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, productivity, Waste elimination and optimizing resources will be the key deliverables.
- Preparing Service plan for the month and week and ensuring daily implementation.

- Ability to work in cross functional teams. Creative and independent thinkers for improvements for manufacturing will be key to success.
