? *Job‎ Responsibilities*
?Identify new business opportunities, in handling *B2B sales* , *distributors* , *OEMs* , and *dealer* networks.
?Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly/quarterly *MIS reports* for management.
?Solid knowledge of the adhesive industry.
? *Excellent communication* , negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
?Proven leadership in managing sales teams.
?Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
?Result-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
?Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting software.
