Own the full recruitment life cycle● Prior Exposure to hiring through Low and No cost channels● Source, attract and engage top candidates through a highly engaged approach and creating a positive candidate experience● Assess and qualify candidates for role related skills● Partner with internal team lead’s /function heads to understand their recruiting needs to create and execute an effective recruiting strategy● Hands on experience in Microsoft excel and reporting mechanism
