Job Description:

The Vice President – Business Development and Product Management will play a strategic leadership role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in business development, customer relationship management, and strategic planning. The VP will oversee key accounts, product management, and global Business Development strategies, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.

Qualifications, knowledge and experience
- Graduate in Design (Jewelry / Product design), also having knowledge about business operations will be added advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in design / product development and managing team.
- Deep understanding of customer orientation and ability to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Indian and international experience
- Familiarity with SAP desirable, which is our operating platform
· Should have advanced to good MS- Excel skills
- An understanding of Design and Aesthetics is a must
- Foreign language knowledge would be an added advantage
