About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Professional to lead and expand our B2B enterprise and government-sector business for our fintech SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate brings robust exposure to Banking, NBFCs, Insurance, BFSI enterprises and Public Sector/Government agencies, with a proven record of driving revenue, building executive-level relationships, and navigating long, complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

● Own end-to-end sales life cycle for enterprise BFSI and public sector accounts.

● Drive new customer acquisition through prospecting, lead qualification, RFP/RFQ responses, and deal closure.

● Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

● Build and maintain a robust pipeline through structured territory planning and consistent outreach.

2. Enterprise & Public Sector Account Management

● Engage with decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CROs, Innovation Heads, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Procurement authorities.





● Build relationships with public sector bodies, PSU banks, regulatory institutions, and government departments.

● Manage compliance-heavy and process-driven public sector sales cycles including tendering, empanelment, and vendor onboarding.

3. Solution Selling & Product Positioning

● Understand and articulate the value proposition of SaaS-based fintech solutions including payments, lending, onboarding, KYC/AML, risk scoring, analytics, or core tech stacks.

● Conduct consultative selling by identifying customer pain points and aligning product capabilities to business needs.

● Work closely with Product, Pre-sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to craft winning technology proposals.

4. Relationship Building & Industry Collaboration

● Maintain strong professional networks within the BFSI and government ecosystem.

● Attend conferences, industry forums, and digital transformation events.
