Job Role:
• Conduct soft collections via calls to resolve outstanding balances.
• Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.
Location: Bhayandar
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 + other benefits
Qualification Requirements:
• HSC/Graduates – Freshers are welcome to apply.
• SSC + 1 year of BPO experience can apply.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Age Criteria: Up to 40 years
Travel Allowance: Home drop provided within travel boundaries.
Travel Boundaries:
• Dadar - Virar
• Dadar - Thane
• No Harbour Line coverage
Week Offs: 2 rotational offs
Workdays: 5 days per week
Shift Timings:
• Rotational 9-hour shift between 5:30 PM - 8:30 AM.
