Role Purpose
We are seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager to take ownership of the group’s finance, accounts, statutory compliance, investment accounting, and MIS. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, strengthening internal controls, streamlining ERPs, and delivering actionable insights to support leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Recording & Reporting

Maintain accurate books in line with Ind AS.

Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow with timely closures.

Deliver MIS packs with variance analysis, KPIs, and dashboards.
Investment Accounting

Apply Ind AS 109/32/107/113 for classification, valuation, and reporting.

Handle equities, ETFs, mutual funds, REITs/InvITs, bonds, NCDs, CPs, and F&O; accounting.

Manage reconciliations (broker notes, MTM statements, DP/CAS, banks).

Ensure maker–checker controls, disclosures, and accurate GL mapping.
Statutory Compliance

Manage MCA filings, GST, TDS, Advance Tax, and Income Tax.

Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits.
Budgeting & Cost Control

Support budgeting and forecasting.

Track variances and implement cost optimization measures.
Payroll & Employee Accounting

Process payroll and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT).
